I finally find the way to operate my Old Kenwood TS-50 with the Cat system.

Re:Cat system - 2007/07/15 22:16 Hello Alexey,

Do you know, it can be done for FT767GX?

I made a few research on the web to get an anwser for you!

To work with your FT767GX with the cat system, you need an
FIF-232C (this item is obsoleted).  When the FT767GX is using the
Cat via the FIF-232C is it connected to the serial DB-25 of the computer.  These type of connector (DB-25 serial) does not exist no more on modern computer.

So I think that you will really have a problem connecting your radio to the Cat system, on top of that, the FT767GX was made in 1986 so it is not supported by the two main software N1MM and Ham Radio Deluxe.  If you ever can get an interface running you would have to get the FIC-232C commands
and run them in DOS mode.

Sorry for you...

Have fun,
