BTW, do you know of any VE2's that live north of 60N? VE2RST would be eligible to join us as XO7RST just did. Pls ask around. I couldn't find any on QRZ.com for northern Quebec.

2017 Worked All NCDXA “RST” Stations: A Special Event from KL7, VY1, VY0, VE8 and XO7!
Feb. 15 (0001Z) through Mar. 27 (2359Z)
KL7RST, VY1RST, VY0RST, VE8RST and XO7RST are flagship stations for the North Country DX Association (NCDXA). Full color QSLs (K7ICE QSL mgr) and optional certificates are available for hams and SWLs. Beautiful full color certificates are available only in PDF format via email. Submit payment, your email address and what level certificate (1 or 2 or both) to: John Reisenauer, 486 Town Center Place #313, Columbia, SC 29229. Certificate fees are cash only $5.00 US $ for one or $7.50 US $ for two different certificates sent to your computer!
CERTIFICATE LEVELS: Full color certificates are available for working/logging (1) any NCDXA “RST” station (s), (2) all 5 (KL7RST, VY1RST, VY0RST ,VE8RST or XO7RST) stations but must work one of each prefix (ie- KL7RST/VY1 counts as KL7RST etc.)
