Hi Victor,
Great score despite your yagi problem. I do not know your antenna troubleshooting experience but if you make a search for SteppIr high swr problem, you can download their basic and advance troubleshooting files as well as from other people.
One situation could be done by water got frozen inside one element controller affecting free gear movement. To recheck connectivity by ohm law followed by AC voltage by element.
In my opinion they should have a dummy kit at the 25-db pin to simulate a fix resistance by manually driving a dummy motor at the time to eliminate the control box. Some IC,s are sensitive to high load.
