Merci aux VE2 pour les appels, surtout à la toute fin je voulais absolument arondir a 1500 avant d'aller dormir...

L'année dernière j'étais enfin entré dans le top 10 avec une 6ème position, on verra bien pour cette année.

I didn't have time to go to St.Zephirine last weekend. Anyway I'd like to support the contest. So I tried to work in the contest operating my shack in St.Zephirine remotely. My shack has a good ADSL 6 Mbps Internet connection. I was running N1MM over TeamViewer remote desktop and Kenwood ARVP VOIP application. There was some latency but I could manage it. Another one disadvantage I couldn't use my PA's since they are not ready for remote operation. So I could use the only TS-590S output of about 100 watts. Not bad for 100 watts to get few G,GM,GW, DK, OK,OM,CT,PJ2,KP4,TI,XE called me. Unfortunately I missed prime time of the contest because we went for visiting our friends both evenings. I found that remote operation quite interesting compare to working from home by using inefficient antenna in a very noisy environment.

73!

Re:ARRL 160m 2015 - 2015/12/07 11:54 You had a nice signal Victor even with only 100w.

Some stations have a good reception, I am always surprised.
With my low 80/40m dipole/Tuner I worked GW3YDX, OK2W, SN5X and S51V with 100w.

I will sure do my best to install Inverted-L before the big snow.
