BARTG SPRINT 2015 - 2015/01/23 09:54 Premier des Bartg à se montrer le nez dans la nouvelle année.
Un sprint qui n'en est pas un en réalité car il dure 24 hres mais il s'appelle comme ça... L'échange ne prévoit pas de RST 599 seulement le numéro de série. Les mults ne comptent que une fois et pas une fois sur chaque bande.
Dans les règlements il n'y a pas de date ni l'heure du début mais il s'agit de samedi à 7h du matin pour nous soit le 24 jan 12:00UTC

Re:BARTG SPRINT 2015 - 2015/01/25 20:46 On aurait pu avoir un peu mieux en termes de conditions qui étaient pour le moins affreuses. Malgré tout je me suis bien amusé et j'ai pu tester N1MM+ en SO2R qui a bien répondu. La seule chose que je me demande est s'il décode aussi bien. En effet malgré que le décodage soit fait par MMTTY ou 2Tone, je me demande si la legère hésitation que le software procure à l'ordinateur , surement à cause de la complexité du logiciel qui est plus taxant pour les ressources, ne cause pas des rattées. Je ne me rappelle pas avoir eu autant de misère à décoder dans les 4 ou 5 dernières années, ça a été un retour au creux du cycle précédent. Je vais surveiller ça de mon côté et si quelqu'un peut donner ses impréssions et commentaires on pourra bâtir là dessus.
On commence à se préparer pour le WPX j'imagine. Martin était partout et Bob aussi.

Comments:

Horrible conditions from here. Noisy 20 40 and 80M bands. 15 was a good
compromise and spent lots of time there. 10 might have been the best in terms
of RX conditions. I used N1MM+ for the first time in SO2R environment and the
reason is that the 'classic' has forever had a problem with serial number
exchanges, often producing doubles and I can confirm that this problem is now
fixed in N1MM+ (good thing!). Conditions were so bad I kept getting 3
different results on the 3 decoders used....With conditions possibly worsening
in the near future, it will be better to use the old master rtty dta file
instead of the master dta which produces way too many variables and will
eventually cause more problems than help us sort out calls. In the contest
things really died down as we approached 00:00z and decided to cut things short
as I usually do in this one.
Great to be able to play a bit, thanks all fo rthe Qs and Bartg for holding
another great event. Thanks Simone for all the work involved in preparing the
results, we all appreciate this.

Re:BARTG SPRINT 2015 - 2015/01/25 21:30 En effet Fabi, les conditions n'étaient pas fameuses et mes performances s'en sont ressentis par rapport à l'an passé. Les skimmer rapportaient beaucoup de stations que je ne parvenaient pas à copier ici. Côté décodage, j'ai dû demander de répéter quelques fois mais en général ça allait bien.

C'est pas nous qui sont partout, c'est toi.

On va se croiser les doigta que les conditions s'améliorent d'ici le WPX.
