Monitored your signal on 80m. Funny, propagation is different between
Montreal and Matane, some stations were calling you without reply but you worked some I could not copy hi. Of course we are 650 Km away.

Hope you had fun with the new 590

In my case, the windom have definitly improved my score on 80 and 40. Next step is the moxon which should help me on 20. It's gonna be on the air CQ WW CW, so should be fun.

It began nice with VI, AK by saturday nite, but as usual, hard to run with 100W. Sunday afternoon was boring, Almost no new fresh meat on S&P and 100W runs with one QSO every 4 minutes...

People are wondering why I do SOTA? Because my 5 watts signal brings out piles! But will have a hard time at SS...

Also, I found out that the FT450AT is nice, for under 700$, hard to find such DSP. Quiet, and also sensitive enough for me. Did copy many QRP stations.
