CGQ BBQ 2013 - 2013/08/18 14:16 Bonjour/Hi,

What's about CGQ 2013 BBQ party? I'd like to invite everyone to the CGQ BBQ party to my new contest position in Saint-Zéphirin de Courval on Aug 31st (long weekend). C'est situé à mi chemin entre Drummondville et Nicolet. One hour and few minutes of drive from Quebec city and from Montreal. That would be possible if the weather will be fair. I will provide few tables, BBQ place and some initial drinks - few boxes of beer and Coca-Cola. Please take your chair and your favorite food and drinks if you wish. I still don't have a water and a septic tank on my land so I 'm going to bring water in bottles. For the toilet we can use a forest on my land or to go to a local restaurant ( 5 minutes to drive) )))

And honestly I need your help in erecting a SteppIR DB-11 antenna to a crank-up tilt-over tower. We'll have a transceiver there so everybody could test the new antenna in case if it will be established properly!

So what do you think?

First, congrats Viktor on the new place, and all the success with your building the new antenna farm, must be a very exciting (if busy) moment for you!

Remembering the great time we had during "The First" Contest Group meeting at your place, getting together at the new country place would be a great way of keeping the tradition alive.

Sunday is good for me btw. And to see SteppIR in action would be just great!

What do you guys think of the idea?
