CGQ members visit to the CCO annual BBQ party - 2015/10/02 16:29
Hi/Bonjour
Me and Gilles, VE2TZT have visited the annual Contest Club Ontario annual summer BBQ party. I guess that was the first time someone from Contest Group du Quebec Members joined that party. So we can consider that event as an historical one ))) That was nice to see allmost all famous VE3 contesters including "big guns" and "small pistioles". There were allmost 100 person! The weather was nice. We've been very lucky to see and even touch some antennas on the faumous VE3EJ antenna farm. We've been also invited to a small excurcion to the VE3EJ shack. That was really cool. I hope the CGQ could also make a next step and to have similar events. Especially on the next year when CQG 10 years anniversary will be celebrating.
