Alex, the top antenna on the tower is an MX-20 monobander 20 meter moxon design antenna. What you see is the structure of the antenna, the central boom is aluminiun and the VEES are hyper-light fiberglass elements. The antenna is actually #16 tinned copper wire with teflon jacket (I use it for all aerials and it's basically good for 50 years or so). Very light and strong.
The hole thing is 12 pounds and my favorite (city) antenna. I tailored it for rtty contesting with 17db FB and a respectable 6.88dbi free space gain in the rtty 20 M section. I put the FB up to 35db in the DX phone section ...if I ever pick up a microphone again...
I've been testing the antenna at the new location for a week and the results are fb.
