Russian WW MultiMode - 2014/11/10 08:16 The organizer of contest is the Russian Digital Radio Club. The Russian contest on radio short waves communications Russian WW MultiMode Contest by using the BPSK63, CW, RTTY and SSB modes is conducted according to the present Rules annually in November.

RUS-WW-MM logoWe invite all fans of all modes to take part in 1st RUS-WW-MM from 12.00 UTC on Saturday 15th November till 11:59 UTC on Sunday 16th November, 2014. Types of modulation: CW, BPSK63, RTTY45, SSB. The repeated contacts are permitted on different bands and different modes providing that a contact will be made not earlier than in 3 minutes. The output power should not exceed 10 watts on 160 meters and 100 watts on other bands. The operator may change the bands no more than 10 times within calendar hour (with zero on 59-th minute of each hour). Only one transmitted signal is permitted at any time. Bands: 160 m, 80 m, 40 m, 20 m, 15 m, 10 m.

Re:Russian WW MultiMode - 2014/11/13 08:21 I made full (not UDC) version for RUS-WW-MM contest (only for N1MM Logger +). It installs like a normal update:

While it is an experimental version, it is not recommended updating it to a newer official release (i.e. to the version newer than 0.19.4218). If testing will not detect errors then this contest will probably be added into the official release before this coming weekend.

Please try it and let me know if you find anything wrong with it. My testing revealed no problems, but this does not mean that there are no potential bugs. In the transition to PSK mode do not forget to switch the speed from 32 to 63. In the Cabrillo file after the contest you will have to manually edit the "header" of the file (correct category, add the e-mail). For the multi-op categories there is 10-minute timer in Info window (in addition to the counter for 10 band changes per hour) - it should be ignored.

Tout le monde est OFF Freqency ! les stations, les Skimmers. Même AFC de 2Tone peine à décoder !

Tu as raison Claude. Quoi que ce fut moins pire que bien de contest en PSK auxquels j'ai participé cette année.

Sans parler des OM en EU qui étaient presque tous passé QRT dès 1h de l'après midi. Les conditions radio n'était pas de notre bord non plus. Il semblait y avoir beaucoup d'activité en EU hier soir sur 40m mais les rares signaux qui nous parvenaient n'étaient pas très bon et ils ne me copiaient pas. En espérant que ce sera mieux l'an prochain.

Je dirais que c'est comme tous les contest en PSK. Les EU se travaillent entre eux au début et par la suite tu réussis à faire ceux qui restent en fréquences et les USA. On est encore sur 15m qu'ils sont déjà tous sur 40m. C'est pour cette raison qu'il n'y a plus d'activité quand c'est ouvert 40m.

Je ne crois pas que ce soit un nouveau contest mais un existant qu'on a recyclé en MM ...
