The header image width should be 800 pixels. Yours is 1200. That doesn't fit. Could you please resize it? Also the banner should be in .png format and the total size should be less then 18-20K Yours is 117 KB. That's too much!
Another one thing. The "Contest group du Quebec" title is too small. I better like the old one which is about 75% of the banner size.
Also please don't upload big images to the forum. That just stretch up the whole page.
