Hello folks:

You may recall that several weeks ago, I sent out messages on a few Canadian contest-oriented reflectors looking for people to join Canadian teams in the Commonwealth Contest (BERU).

I received enough responses to field three teams, although one will be a little small.

Here are the teams I propose for the Commonwealth Contest:

VE1RGB

VE5ZX

There is still room to add one people to Team Canada Auroral EHs. If you would like to join, or know someone who would, please contact me very soon. I plan to register our teams with RSGB on Monday evening, 3 March.

I leave for Labrador City on Thursday, 6 March. Good luck, all!

Première participation a ce test. Un visiteur s'est présenté au moment ou VA2WA appelait CQ.... anxieux de démontrer comme ca fonctionne bien, un clic et j'ai un VE2 dans le log. No wonder Victor asked for call sign confirmation. Sorry about that Victor. Quand même, le visiteur a été impressionné. Un peu plus tard, je copie VE3 mais c'était un VE2 qui m'a gentiment rappelé que les QSOs entre VA2/VE2 sont taboo. Et cette fois, il n'y avait persoone pour me distraire....ca c'est grave....de quoi me faire abandoner le CW!
Non, j'ai tout simplement un grand besoin de pratique. Ecouter plus longtemps pourrait aider mais quelle perte de temps lors d'un test.

Ca ira mieux la prochaine fois!

NP))) I've learned that much faster to give a number to station supposed not to call rather to explain why I can't give a number )))
