MAKROTHEN 2008 - 2008/10/08 21:39 Mak is back guys!! Now this is amongst the 'FUN' contests of the year. RTTY action all around the world with no multipliers involved. Exchange is NO RST but just the first 4 letter-numbers of your grid square. The total milage achieved is your score. Doesn't matter if you have less Q's , just make them ... far away from home and you'll be fine. This is where the ZLs and the JAs came to life since they're so far away from the big pockets EU and NA.

This is also a (more) xyl friendly contest since it is split in 3 rounds, you get 8 hrs on and 8 hrs off each time. A nice package all in all and one of my favorites of the year.

Je me reprends dans le JARTS mais j'ai tellement hâte au WAEDC.

Des bandes mortes et bruillantes comme pas possible vendredi soir et le clip de samedi. Dimanche les conditions plus favorables et j'ai travaillé d'arrache pied pour reprendre un peu de terrain. Contacté Mel DC pour une petite jasette. Pas SO2R dans celui-là, les bandes étaient tellement mauvaises que je n'ai pas trouvé l'intérêt. Je finis avec un resultat moins bon que l'an dernier mais le même nombre de Q's. Je suis quand même content, au moins on s'est amusés un peu ce matin.
