Black Sea Cup Contest 2010 - 2010/02/05 13:30 As a member of Black Sea Contest Club I would like to invite members of our CGQ group take an active participation in this relatevly new contest. This year is second year of this contest with the rules similar to IARU contest.

I would like to invite you, to take part in the contest, that will be going 6-7th February from 1200 GMT
till 1159 GMT on 160-10 meters bands CW and SSB.

Jean-Pierre (VA2SG) and me will do the FYBO QRP contest.

I printed the infos concerning the Black Sea Cup International and if we get the opportunity we will try to make some contacts.

We (VG2SG) were successfull mostly on 20m where we could find a lot of FYBO calling stations. On 40m we were hearing mostly FOC calling stations. Maybe the big snow storm on USA's east coast prevented a lot of nearby american stations to participate. We worked Claude on 40m early in the contest.

Congratulation for your score in this new to me contest(BSCI).
