CONCOURS 30ième édition du Hamfest du Québec– Club Radioamateur Sorel-Tracy VE2CBS inc.
À l’occasion de la 30ième édition du Hamfest du Québec, le club organise un concours sur les ondes du 1er au 30 mai 2012. Ce concours s’adresse à tous les radioamateurs et des certificats seront décernés aux participants qui soumettront leurs résultats.
Période du concours : du 1 mai 2012 0000Z, au 30 mai 2012 2400Z
Modes d’opération : CW, phonie (AM, FM, SSB ), digital (RTTY, PSK, DSTAR etc.)
Bandes : Toutes les bandes de radio amateur permises, sauf 30m., 17m. et 12m.
Contacts : Une fois par bande et par mode
Échange : Membres : Prénom, numéro de membre du club VE2CBS (« 00 » pour la station officiele du club)
Non membres : Prénom
Multiplicateurs : Une fois par bande (numéros de membres VE2CBS)
Points : Station VE2CBS ou indicatif spécial VC2CBS3Ø: 20 points
Station membre : 10 points (avec numéro de membre VE2CBS)
Station non membre : 5 points
Points en bonus : 100 points de plus à un membre du club VE2CBS qui soumet ses résultats
Certificats décernés aux participants :
a) Plus haut pointage, membre VE2CBS
b) Plus haut pointage, non membre
c) Deuxième plus haut pointage, membre ou non membre
d) Participation, avec soumission de résultats
Notes : Contacts en direct seulement, aucun contact par répétitrice.
Contacts de membre à membre et membre à non membre seulement.
Les limites des sous-bandes en accord avec le plan de fréquences de RAC
devront être respectées.
Soumission des résultats :
Informations requises : Date, heure (UTC), bande, mode, station contactée,
échange envoyé, échange reçu
Format de soumission : format texte ou format Cabrillo, par courriel à
ve2cbs@raqi.ca ou par courrier postal, au plus tard le 30 juin 2012
Pour les non membres un frais de 5$ est demandé pour l'acheminement du certificat.

Contest for the 30th edition of the Hamfest du Quebec – Club Radioamateur Sorel-Tracy VE2CBS inc.
For the 30th edition of the Hamfest du Quebec, the club organize an on the air contest from may 1st to may 30th 2012. This contest is for all radioamateurs and all participants submitting a log will receive a certificate.
Dates : from may 1st 2012 0000Z, to may 30th 2012 2400Z
Modes : CW, phone (AM, FM, SSB ), digital (RTTY, PSK, DSTAR etc.)
Bands : All bands, 1.8 through 28 MHz, WARC bands excluded (30m, 17m, 12m)
Contacts : One QSO per bands and mode.
Exchange : For members : first name, member club number (VE2CBS club) (« 00 » for the official club callsign)
Non-members : First name
Multipliers : once per band (member club number [VE2CBS])
Points : VE2CBS or special callsign VC2CBS3Ø: 20 points
Member : 10 points (with member club number VE2CBS)
Non-member : 5 points
Bonus points : +100 points to a club member (VE2CBS) who submitting a log
Certificates sent to participants :
a) Highest score, club member VE2CBS
b) Highest score, non-member
c) 2nd Highest score, member or non-member
d) Certificates will be issued to all participating stations.
Notes : Direct unassisted contacts only are permitted, no repeater.
Contacts from member to member and member to non-member only.
RAC band plan, phone and CW sub-bands must be respected
Results Submission:
Information needed: Date, time (UTC), band, mode, station worked, exchange sent, exchange received
Log submission : text log or Cabrillo-formatted log, by e-mail to:
ve2cbs@raqi.ca or by mail, by June 30, 2012
For non-members 5$ fee needed to send you certificate.
