CGQ 10 years anniversary in 2016 !!! - 2015/08/04 16:51 Bonjour à tous/Hi,

Felicitations! We will get our first anniversary next year - 10 years ! How would you like to celebrate? Any ideas welcome! I'd like to remember we have VE2XAA as our CGQ club station call we can use for some events. Also we could try to get VA2RAC call for a Canada day or IARU, some BBQ parties etc.

Please don't hesitate to give any ideas even if they look fantastic. I hope everything is possible when we are just 10 years old ))

En 10 ans nous avons fait beaucoup de progrès.

Voici quelques suggestions.

1- Un indicatif spécial CG2Q pour 60 ou 120 jours à partager entre les membres. ($)
2- Participer à un gros concours en groupe genre FD, IARU, IOTA.
3- Profiter d'un Hamfest à Montréal ou Québec pour se rencontrer.
4- Organiser une expédition en zone 02 ($)
5- Utilisation de l'indicatif VE2XAA avec QSL ($)
6- Prévoir un article dans la revue RAC pour mieux se faire connaitre.

suggestion, why not use some of the hamfest to have a CGQ table to push contesting and maybe some conférences...

obviously would need some arrangments with hamfest authorities since conférences have disapeared from Qc hamfest, but really thinl it would really help...

just a suggestions...

and YES! I need to get back online and on air to kick some of the work stress out...

soon (as I said to my wife about her honeydo list) very soon!

Bonne idées pour une participation en groupe. Le FD serais une bonne occasion à mon avis. On pourrait faire cela à quelque part entre Québec et Montréal?

un siteun peu special aiderais, comme le mont royal, l'ile d'orlean, ile notre dame ???? I dont know?? something easy acces with public and close to members as mutch as possible....
